    Having some issues with live traffic since the most recent update:

    #1 When I tried to use the 1st caching option, “Enable Basic Caching” I had NO live traffic logs until I disabled it. I was receiving a message that said Traffic Logging was disabled” – not sure if that is SUPPOSED to happen since I hadn’t used it yet. I was trying to work with Google page speed insights and wanted to see if that helped. It took a while before I thought to shut that back off and then my logs were back.

    #2 and more important – When clicking on any IP address in the traffic log area, the page hangs for several minutes trying to load – sometimes it completes and loads and other times it doesn’t. I see the message – “Call to Wordfence API to resolve IPs failed: We received an error response when trying to contact the Wordfence scanning servers.”

    1: Live traffic is disabled when you have caching enabled.

    2: Does this happen every time you click an IP or roughly how often?

    Hi Mark,

    I only check the logs once or twice per day – & then I only click an IP, if or when I see one doing something it shouldn’t be…

    Since the update the lag has been consistent, it seems to take a long time for the logs to even load – then, I got through once out of 3 times yesterday – and I just did one now and received the same process – and same message – it couldn’t connect to Wordfence scanning servers… then another got through… it’s very haphazard.

    Anyone else having this problem? I’ll investigate it on our end and see if I can find a cause.
