Live Traffic “Banned URL” is not banned

Same here. Whenever an IP address is blocked due to accessing banned URL. I had to launch Live Traffic page, search for the blocked IP address, click on “Recent Traffic” button and then check what URL did it access. PHEW…

In previous version, I could simply clicked on the IP hyperlink to check the recent traffic page.

Wordfence on their website claims they didn’t remove any features. That appears to be a lie. MTN

I have checked this and I am seeing a banned URL in the previous traffic when I look at IPs that were banned for accessing an URL. Most likely you have an URL in the banned URLs list that is too aggressive. I would recommend removing any Banned URLs that use wildcards to begin with.

In a my client’s site Wordfence blocks an IP that is the own site IP address for the following reason: Italy Italy left https://sentierodigitale.eu/?wordfence_syncAttackData=1521522095.4451 and was blocked for Accessed a banned URL at https://sentierodigitale.eu/?wordfence_syncAttackData=1521522095.4451

Have you tried clearing out all banned URLs in Firewall > Firewall Options > Advanced Firewall Options > Immediately block IPs that access these URLs?

Hi @wfasa, I’ve inserted the IP in Whitelist and now there are no more alerts..
