Live Traffic 404s empty

    Today I noticed my Page Not Found and Top 404s tabs on the Live activity page are both empty. This is not normal behavior and all other tabs work fine. I’ve updated to the latest version of Wordfence on the 9th and yesterday everything still seemed to be okay.

    Both tabs display a slightly different message:

    Top 404s: No site hits have been logged yet. Check back soon.

    Pages Not Found: No events to report yet.

  • I have exactly the same problem with the Top 404s. Started yesterday.

    “Top 404s: No site hits have been logged yet. Check back soon.”

    I am using the premium version and everything is up-to-date.

    Same here at all five of my sites, and I am certain this began right after the most-recent Wordfence update…

    Mine got worse today.

    Now “Page Not Found” is also shut down: “No events to report yet.”

    Thanks Matt R, looking forward to another update.

    Ditto “Page Not Found” and “Top 404s” started after latest update.

    Release is out now. Go update and report back if fixed.

    Just updated still receiving, “No events to report yet.” on the following tabs now. HUMANS, REGISTERED USERS, PAGES NOT FOUND.

    Get the following “No site hits have been logged yet. Check back soon.” on TOP 404.

    During this time I’ve taking roughly 1000 hits and 2303 hits from a GERMAN and NEW YORK logged location in TOP CONSUMERS so their is activity going on however it’s NOT being logged by WordFence or throttled.

    Just tried it (Version 6.0.17 update). Also closed and restarted browser. Everything else also up-to-date.

    Pages Not Found and Top 404s still not working.

    Top 404s: Also seems to be working properly now

    Update Edit: One site is working but the others are not, and all settings are the same at each.

    Just checked again. Yes, it’s working now. Picked up one hit.
    Will check again in the morning.

    demoman2k10 & leejosepho: Can you each create a new post on the forum, and we can continue there? The www.remarpro.com moderators will probably close this thread soon because of the forum rules — if you can each visit your site in another browser without logging in, and go to an intentionally bad URL (something like yoursite.com/bad-page/ ), and post what you see in the “All Hits” tab, that can help narrow down the issue. You can also include a link to this post for background information.

    The latest update fixed Live Traffic 404s empty to me, thanks!

    I’m getting non-existent page for xmlrpc.php, is that the expected behavior?

    Thanks for the update. I’ve installed it yesterday evening (CET) but could not confirm it fixed the issue. But this morning I can tell you it did! Thanks again.

    visit your site in another browser without logging in, and go to an intentionally bad URL (something like yoursite.com/bad-page/ )

    All is well at all sites.
