Live Time Blog Roll – Burning Question

On many websites i see a Blogroll of websites that update in live time. For instance, if i post something new on my wordpress today, i can see it on my friends blog (which isn’t wordpress). On her blog, under her blogroll, my website link will go to the top of the roll and let viewers know how long ago it was updated. Is there anything like that for wordpress?
