Live Site Not Matching Admin View of Website

Hello!

Thanks in advance for the help. My live website is not matching what is displaying when I’m logged into WordPress. Here is my domain:

What’s showing is a black screen, name of the installed theme, and a single field e-mail form. What shows up when I’m logged in as an admin is a background image of people running, two iPhones, and the logo of my site (two leaves with “grewp” under it).

I’ve flushed my cache and disabled my plugins, and called my hosting company – none of which helped to resolve the issue. I also tried to make changes on other themes when they are active and the changes are the same when I’m logged in and when I’m logged out.
