    Hello,

I currently have Hummingbird installed on my website and I love it. However, whenever I try to view the frontend of the site, I get a weird backend version of the website. Only way to fix it is to log out or view site in incognito. It’s very annoying. I know Hummingbird is causing the issue because I deactivated the plugin and everything worked fine. I figure it’s a caching issue and I need to deactivate something, I’m just not sure what.

Here is a link to the screenshot showing the issue: https://ibb.co/gjSySjh

    Please help!!! Thanks.

    Hi @celadormedia,

That’s odd behaviour. It’s tough to say which exact settings or what’s causing the issue without replicating on our side.

Maybe it’s Asset Optimization which is causing the issue. To start with could you please check whether temporarily deactivating Asset Optimization, resolves the issue or not?

You can go to Hummingbird > Asset Optimization > Settings in the plugin dashboard and click the “Deactivate” button to disable and see whether it resolves the issue or not.

If that resolves, you’ll have to tweak the Asset Optimization settings further to ensure such conflicts doesn’t occur. You might find the following doc helpful:

Please do let us know how that goes so that we could check further if needed. Have a nice day ahead.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin
