    Hello,

    I’ve installed the Printful plug-in for my client. I have my own eCommerce store and we happen to use the same vendor and tools. It is working on my site but not on hers.

    I followed the exact steps as outlined here and here.

    My client has more plug-ins than my site, so I deactivated them one by one to see if any were conflicting with the plug-in, but nothing seems to be working.

    I’m sure I’m overlooking something quite simple. The Printful live rates simply won’t appear no mater what I do. I keep sifting through the settings and changing things and testing to see if the live rates will appear, but nothing is working.

    I reached out to the theme creator who is unable to troubleshoot, as she gets the message “No shipping methods available…please check shipping address,” even when an address is input.

    Previously, the options showed up at first (only on Google Chrome, but not on Microsoft Edge or other browsers), but the checkboxes were a bit wonky: screenshot. It stayed like this for a couple days until today, after my client re-synced her products on Printful, and now those options don’t display at all.

    I’m at a loss…

    The version of the plug-in is 1.2.5. The version of woocommerce is 2.6.2.

    Hi,

    Shipping rates plugin for lifeinapile.com actually seems to work. At least I could get rates for pillow – https://grab.by/RmbM
    You might have tested it with products that were not synced on Printful side so no rates were returned. What products were in the cart?

    Shipping rate radio buttons are not rendered correctly but this seems to be caused by the theme that is installed on the website.
