Live Rates for Standard Shipping REMOVED

    Extremely dissatisfied that the Standard shipping option NO LONGER offers live rates and reverts to flat rate shipping.

    4 mugs previously cost $8.00 to ship standard now it costs $18.99!!!

    This is outrageous, and a total money grab decision by Printful, where’s the extra $11 going? Not to my store that’s for sure!

    This is false advertising, live rates for standard shipping for WooCommerce users are clearly marketed on the Printful site.

    “Here are Printful’s live rate shipping options:

    Overnight (next day delivery in the US)
    Express (1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally)
    Standard (5-8 business days in the US, 6-12 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally)”

    We have reduced the number of live rate services available to ensure quality delivery speeds and tracking. Previously, we usually charged you lower than our suggested rates and we never profited off of shipping costs. These new changes are part of our strategy of making shipping costs transparent and more understandable for everyone. The new shipping updates allow us to consolidate our volume into a few higher quality services and working with fewer services means that we provide them with more shipments and can negotiate better deals for the future to bring the prices even lower.

    We have also updated the FAQ you mentioned in your post to reflect the correct information regarding currently available live rates and the flat rate.

    Your copy and paste response makes no sense, try reading what I posted.

    The new system is FLAWED — fix it.

    Shipping for 5 Mugs:

    Flat Rate (5-8 business days after fulfillment): $22.99
    Express (1-3 business days after fulfillment): $22.99
    Overnight (1 business day after fulfillment): $22.99

    HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE?

    It looks like we missed your reply on this thread.
    We wanted to let you know that we truly appreciate your feedback on our new shipping system, as it helps us improve the rates and quality of this service.

    We have disabled lower quality and untracked rates, which has brought the prices up, but we will continue working closely with carriers to get better deals on shipping prices.
    This system will certainly be improved in the future!
