Live preview not working on any themes. I am currently using Portfolio Press and was originally have 406 Errors, which seem to have been fixed through my web hosting site. But I still cannot use the live preview or custom theme option with any themes. The page continues to ask me to log in even though I am already logged into the dashboard. Once I log in, again, it seems to accept the credentials, but bounces back to the log in screen again on the custom view page. I continue to receive this message: “Session expired. Please log in again. You will not move away from this page.” Below is the code on the page.

Can anyone shed some light on this issue?

I actually believe that I solved this issue (not sure why it made any difference). But my site address and wordpress addresses were not the same. Site had no ‘www’ before the address. When I added the ‘www’ in the site address all was well in the world for live viewing. I can now see it and customize if I wish. BTW I am working on the latest version of wordpress 4.1.1 and the latest updates to Portfolio Press.

    Cheers!

Yes – this worked for me, also. Many thanks.

For others with the problem, the solution is:

    1. In WordPress, go to Settings > General

    2. Make sure that BOTH “WordPress Address (URL)” and “Site Address (URL)” are fully inflected – that is, include “https://www.” in both addresses.
