Live Mode on but Stripe Not showing in checkout

    Hi. I’m running Paypal checkout. Just added Stripe a few days ago but it’s not showing at the checkout. As far as I can tell, it’s live. In the Woocommerce settings, Stripe appears in payments but not at the checkout tab. I’ve reactivated the plugin, checked checkout is on in Stripe account (it is), flushed Cloudflare cache completely Stripe still hasn’t appeared at the checkout. Any ideas?

    Hi @coolsarkyprints ,

    As I understand, you have installed and enabled Stripe under the payment settings, but it is not available as a payment method on the site.

    Can you please check that you have configured Stripe and added the API keys as per the documentation here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/stripe

    If you have configured Stripe as per the above documentation but it still doesn’t show on the site, then there might be a conflict on the site. In that case, I recommend running a conflict test as per the steps here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4

    Do let us know how that goes and if you need any further help from us.

    Thanks for that @wpnomad. I tried what you suggested but it still isn’t showing. Do I have to set up a separate checkout for Stripe?

    It’s strange that you followed the setup steps but Stripe still doesn’t show.

    Do I have to set up a separate checkout for Stripe?

    No, the default WooCommerce Checkout would show the Stripe payment method as well.

    Can you please send me the following?

    1. Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    2. A screenshot of the payment setting page located at WP Admin → WooCommerce → Settings → Payments. You can use https://snipboard.io to send us a screenshot link.

    Do let me know so I can check it further.

    For some reason, it looks like Stripe is not even loaded at all on your checkout page. By that I mean thath when I look at the source code of the page, it does not list anything about Stripe at all — it’s like it’s not installed at all.

    It looks like this may be caused due to a theme conflict, or possibly a third-party plugin. I’d recommend the conflict-testing steps here to isolate the source of the issue:?https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to do the following:
    – Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Stripe.
    – Clear your browser cache, and the cache on your site if you have one there.
    – Test to see if the issue has been resolved.

    If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until the problem appears again. This will then give you an idea about which plugin is the one causing the conflict.

    I’ve already done this https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/ and nothing happened. I’m running Storefront. I am running a child theme https://snipboard.io/P9oIC3.jpg so should I do something different here? Thanks in advance.

    We’ll need to take a closer look at your site to see what might be wrong. Can you please clone your site to a staging site, and contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

    Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

    Apart from that, you can also create a login for us on the staging site, add the login details to https://quickforget.com/ and send us the quickforget.com link in the ticket.

    You should still be able to submit a ticket even if you haven’t purchased anything. Is there any error you receive?

    You can choose the Core WooCommerce plugin as an option, type your request, and then the ticket will be triaged based on its content. Please do not post any QuickForget links here.
