Live mode not working my credit card input

I wasn’t able to take a look at your site, as you didn’t include a link. But please make sure that your checkout page is secured using an SSL certificate.

Since customers are entering their credit card information directly on your checkout page, that page must be secure.

You can tell if your checkout page is secured by looking at the URL or Address Bar in your browser. Beside the URL it should either have a picture of a lock, or say that the page is secure.

If you do not have an SSL certificate setup on your site, you can contact your hosting company as they will be able to help with that.

@fullysupportedphil The same thing is happening with mine. and when i try to relink my account it is stuck on the verify with email, but doesn’t send the email. my url is https://slbeautyandbarberexpo.com/

I have updated my ssl certificate to ensure everything was working.

@drbe4t – I’m not sure what issue you were encountering, but when I look at your site now I see that it’s resolved.

The issue you mentioned about verifying your Stipe account is not something our team can help with. You would need to contact Stripe in order to get help verifying the account with them.
