• When I select “Live Edit” the buttons and sidebar are available. So I grab the Pootle Cloud template, drag and drop in to the page (+ sign) and it just circles and circles and circles… I have to physically close the page (leave page) in order to do other things. Additionally, even without inserting, clicking on “Update” also sends me to the circle of nothingness and I have to leave the page, thus losing all of the updates that were made.
I uninstalled & deleted the plugin and installed/activated again, but I am still getting the same error. I was considering buying the Pro version, but if I am unable to use the plug on this site, then obviously I would not. Is there a fix to this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi

99% of the time this is caused by another plugin,

Try de-activating other plugins to find the culprit ??

    Start with any caching plugins,

I have de-activated all plugins but for Pagebuilder and it still just circles. How annoying. I was considering purchasing the pro version to use on other client sites that I am updating, but I can’t have this kind of behavior. If you have any other suggestions to try, I’m open. Else, I guess I won’t be using this plugin any longer….

    Hmm very strange,

    2 other things to try

    1) Could you try switching themes quickly (try the 2017 theme). It could be your theme causing the issue.

    2) Check what version of php your server is running on – make sure it is running the minimum that wordpress recommends i.e php version 7

If it still doesn’t work, could you email me at [email protected] and we’ll take a deeper look for you,

    jamie
