Live content editing

  • Hi,
    The plugin Reiki Companion is active but I cannot edit the live content and drag and drop page customization. There is a buttom “Open Reiki Front Page” (This section only works when the Reiki custom front page is open in Customizer.) But the Front page has been already opened in customizer.
    Please, help me fix this problem!

    Hello,

    The front page in customizer is the one created by the customizer, or did you create a page and made it front page?
    The customizer uses a custom template ( inside the plugin ) for the front page header and footer customization and marks the front page created inside it.

    Also can you attach a screenshot?

    I removed my front page and let the customizer to create another one. It helped!

    But after all, I’ve changed the Title of Front Page by using another plugin and I faced the same problem with drag and drop page customization. Maybe this is a reason? If so, how can I change title of front page by using your plugin?

    Hi I’m just wondering if you managed to resolve this?

    I installed yoast and changed the title tag, and now cant edit the site in live preview mode.

    Hi!
    No, the only thing I understood – you have to make all changes in live preview mode you need and only after that start to use another plugins

    I am having the same issue. I have used Yoast to change the Title Tag and now Reiki will not let me edit the site. Reiki will only allow you to live edit your site if it is marked as Front Page…. this is kind of a big deal because no one wants their site listed on google as (Front Page-“Site Name”)
