    Hi,

If you change that page to not be a homepage ( remove it from WP admin > Settings > Reading > Front Page Displays ) does it start working or is it still broken?

Thanks, happy to hear that you like it.

    Have a great weekend.

Yes it works. Also if I remove the rows it works again on front page.

I have tried with another theme (west) and after a while it does the same thing.

Can it be something on my hosting? Because it works fine on local install.

    Hi,

Ran into the issue before, it was also namecheap hosting. Spent several hours trying to figure out what’s going on in there but nothing made sense. I do currently have access to a namecheap hosting and will keep trying to fix that, but it’s really a weird issue so can’t say for sure when will I figure it out, hopefuly within a week.

At the moment the only way around the issue is temporary switching the page not the be the front page in which case the issue does not happen.

    Hi again,
After lots of talk with NameCheap support team we found that it’s problem with their server configs. NameCheap hosting support was able to solve the problem by adjusting their restrictive mod_sec module configs. Only hosting techs have access to these settings via root access.
    Hope it helps.

Disabling mod_sec sorted out the problem, but I wouldn’t recommend running a site without mod_sec enabled.

We’d fix it, if they tell us what is happening. Since this problem appear only on their servers and they don’t want to tell any details, we have no chance to recreate it and see what is going on. I even buy a hosting plan from these guys for testing, but without insight from their team we have no clue what is wrong.

I’m having the same problem with one of my hosting companies, emailed them about it, let’s see what they come up with… Problem gets resolved as soon as I disable the mod security from the cPanel.

    Found the reason:

ModSecurity: Output filter: Response body too large (over limit of xxxxx, total not specified) – this is what’s causing plugin to freeze or end up with “500 Internal Server Error” or “404 Error” – you should contact your hosting tech support and ask them to increase the allowance via Apache config file.

I don’t know if LC developers can fix the issue though plugin itself but above is what’s been triggering the problem.

It’s the “SecResponseBodyLimit” variable, which has a default setting of 512K in mod_security

Any output request over 512K generates a 500 Internal Server Error

I have a problem with Live Composer for both Post, page and Footer.

Whenever, i click on ‘ Activate Editor ‘ , it does not enter to the next page for editting.

But previous time, i can use it normally, It just happenes some day agos on my wordpress. Any body how to fix this issue?

I have tried to diactive and active plugin again, but still not yet fix the issue.
    My domain is ” https://quanglepro.com

Dear quanglepro, since you’ve bought a premium theme, please contact their support. You paid for it, so please use it: https://themeforest.net/item/seo-wp-social-media-and-digital-marketing-agency/8012838/support/contact/

SEOWP theme comes with modifies Live Composer and we can’t provide support for it here.
    Thanks for understanding.
