    Hiya

I had never set live chat to display on mobile and have tried setting it on and off to get it to switch off on mobile and even cleared my cache, however, it’s still displaying and takes up a good third of the mobile page. I don’t want to minimise the chat box by default but would like to remove the chat box from mobile.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi there,

Thank you for getting in touch with us and apologize for any issues you have with our plugin.

Could you please confirm that disabling “Enable On Mobile Devices:” option under Live Chat → Settings → General Settings doesn’t work?
If so can you send me plugin version you’re using?

Thank you for your time in this.

    Best regards,
    Jarek

    Hiya Jarek

yes, the ‘Enable on mobile devices’ option is unticked. I’m using version 8.0.13 , WP 4.9.7, PHP 5.6.36.

    Hi there,

I tested mobile settings on my remote installation and it worked fine.

I noticed that there is some caching/minification plugin installed on your site. Could you disable it and clear browser cache to see if this helps? Please let me know how it goes.

    Kind regards
