Live chat with admin – vendor

    I need a way which Vendor should be able to start a chat with admin. How to get this done? I dont see any way where Vendor can start to Live chat with admin in any case

    WCFM Ultimate chat module allow Admin to initiate live chat with vendors as well.

    – It may take upto 48 hours for any reply.

    – If your requirement require customisation then our support agent will tell you. It’s not possible to provide all custom requirement in free.

    Dear supporter,

    Just make sure that this requirement doesn’t need a paid customization. Then I’ll open a ticket and it takes more than 48 hours. Like almost a week. Please reply a YES need a paid customization or a NO. So it worth to wait a week.

    By default WCFM does not have any option for vendors to initiate live chat with Admin. There has only for sending Direct Message.

    This will require paid customisation.
