Live chat will access wp-admin page unnecessarily

Hi,

In my website https://www.data-recovery-expert.com , I use password to protect the directory https://www.data-recovery-expert.com/wp-admin/ to prevent any possible brute-force login attacks.

In the past, the protection is OK. But after I activate the live-chat plugin, whenever I access the home page of https://www.data-recovery-expert.com , I will see the login prompt for wp-admin login directory. Only after I input the password properly, will the live chart icon appear.

How to keep the protection for wp-admin directory and still use the live-chat plugin?
