Live chat slowing down website

  • With livechat disabled, our website takes about 5-10 seconds to load. However, with livechat enabled, it takes 1.37 minutes for the website to fully load. The website is running an Avada theme.

    I have it working better with lazy load enabled and javascript deferred, but that only works for people who aren’t logged in. With the plugin disabled, all problems with load times disappear.
