• In my registration form is a field named “Zustimmung” (approval, consent).
It has to be checked (because of DSGVO/GDPR) before sending the form.
That works fine, but in the email to admin there I can’t see, that the user agreed.
I dont’t know why and can’t find the mistake.
    Please help me.

    Screenshots for you:

    Hi @merlin1764,

Have you set this field as required?
Since it’s not possible to submit a form without checking this box, why do you need to see this checkbox?

    Regards.

Yes, look at Screenshot 2, I set it.
You only can sent the form when checking the box.
I tried this with a registration.

But it’s not in the mail, all other field are correct.

According to German law, you must be able to prove that the user has consented to the GDPR etc.

    Hi @merlin1764

Sorry for the late response. We’ve been busy getting through the support backlogs. Could you please tell me if you’re still having issues with the latest version 2.1.11.

Feel free to re-open this thread by changing the status to “Not Resolved” so we can get back to you.
