Little help with wordpress

Hi
Is there anyone can help me out please.
I have recently started a blog at wordpress. Starting days went good but after two three weeks I started facing some problems. When I am dragging the widget to the left sidebar its not coming along with the mouse.

Also same with the drop down menus. If anyone knows the problem then please let me know or instruct me how to correct the problem
