Little glitches with Plugin ‘Better Font Awesome’

    Hi,
    I’m using an upt to date WP 5.6 site with DIVI and plugin ‘Better Font Awesome’ 1.7.4.

    I’m using some Awesome Font characters in my website, which does not work when Autoptimize is ON.

    I tried the options for Google Fonts in the extra tab, but does not help.

    I added the link of the site I’m speaking of.

    Also I have problems with the slider of the DIVI theme, I think it is a Revolution SLider. I found the mark tips in the FAQ about the exlusion of js, but that does not help.

    OK, the fontawesome issue is likely due to CSS optimization, so;
    * does it work with “also aggregate inline CSS” off?
    * does it work with “aggregate CSS” off?
    * does it work with “optimize CSS” off?

    regarding the slider issue; that is probably a JS problem, so:
    * what JS errors do you see on the browser console?
    * does it work with “aggregate JS” off?
    * does it work with “optimize JS” off?

    But when I switch ‘Optimise JavaScript Code?’ off, it works.

    OK, if you want to go further; now in the JS optimization exclusion field try excluding one of below each line to see which one of these fixes the font and/or slider issue

    * wp-content/themes
    * OR wp-content/plugins
    * OR wp-includes/js

    Ah, understand.

    I switched on ‘Aggregate JS files?’ and did what you suggested step by step :

    > * wp-content/themes -> error still present
    > * OR wp-content/plugins -> error still present
    > * OR wp-includes/js -> no error

    OK, in that case although you could try to be even more specific, I would keep wp-includes/js excluded really?
