Little functionality, even less support

  • When you can’t change the body text color without going into the CSS and the developer says that that’s beyond the help they offer, it’s time to move on to the next theme. Sure, it was free, but it wasted two hours of my day.

    Thank you for your objective review and criticism based on your personal experience.
    However I find it curious that you have 0 threads and zero comments in the support forum for the theme, and there are zero emails from your username/domain in the inbox.

    This free theme does not advertise any specific color customization features, nor is it a standard feature that is included in the majority of free WordPress themes developed in the recent years.

    Having said that, I apologize for the fact that this theme wasted two hours of your day. This is completely unacceptable! I can only hope that the new year will keep you safe from such horrible tribulations.

    I don’t need to post asking for text color help when I read another person’s post under which you, or your representative, said “…watch some tutorials on how to use Google Chrome’s Inspection tool…”

    Yes, this is a free theme and support is and always will be optional. No one says you or anyone need to support your work here. But your reply isn’t your best and before you make any more replies here, it’s best to leave it was “enough said”.
