Little bug spotted

I found a bug in your theme (not really a bug, but a bad practice, I think…) :
In hemingway_setup() (function.php, line 6) you define theme support for thumbnail on page and post only. So when a plugin create a custom post types, it can’t add thumbnail support for these cpt :-/

I think it’s better to add_theme_support without args and use add_post_type_support to add thumbnails on posts and pages ??

PS : I really like your themes !
PS : I encounter the problem using wordcamp-post-types plugin
