    I just recognized that when I set “Single output code for Frontend and Editor” and apply an alignment in gutenberg, the class .alignfull or .alignwide is attached to the .lazyblock div (in the editor). But this isn’t the case when I omit the checkbox and duplicate the code manually? This doesn’t make sense to me..

    In my case this makes a big difference because the alignment classes usually don’t appear inside divs with data-align=”full”, so my negative margins apply twice..

    Hey.

    If I understand correctly, we should avoid adding align classes to the editor block preview. I think it makes sense and it will be fixed in the next plugin update.

    Yes. At least if there’s a wrapper with data-align=”full”, “wide” or “center”. I don’t know how left and right behave in this context or if there are any default blocks which rely on these classes in backend, but this shouldn’t be an issue for custom blocks.
