Little blue box in widget configuration area jumping!

Eversince i upgraded to 2.5.1, those little blue boxes in the widget configuration area don’t seems to fit into it’s area where it’s suppose to. It’s jumping all around whenever i try to drag them over to a new location. At times jump to right to the bottom of my page, at times just jump to anywhere!
Anyone experience this too? I’m just wondering is this a wordpress problem or php problem. I have searched the forum and found no discussion on this topic, am i the only one with a lemon widget configuration area?
