    Hi everyone, I have been using Litespeed on every website that I have worked on. However, this current website, it is continuously loading on mobile but works fantastic on desktop in terms fastness. If I switch my mobile to desktop mode, it works fine without that, it is completely unaccessible on mobile. I have cleared phone cache to no avail but when I deactivate Litespeed cache, then it comes on. I need help, please

    please provide the report number , you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    did you disable plugin ? and when you say mobile, what is device/OS/version ?

    Yes, I had to disable the plugin because no one could access the site on Mobile. I asked a couple of people with a wide range of mobile phones, in the UK and USA and both delivered the version. (Cannot access the site as it kept loading without an end so I had to disable it whilst waiting for your reply). For sure I am aware there is an iPhone 12 plus user, Huawei P20 Lite, and Samsung Galaxy S23. and for the rest, I cannot tell. Did you prefer that, I allow the Plugin activated whilst you investigate? If so, I am happy to do so as it my favourite plugin for cache and site speed.
