    Hello,

I’m using Koko for 2 years now and I had no problem until first of may when I did migrate my website to another host.

Since I have no more statistics in Koko.

The CRON task is working fine.

So I guess it comes from Litespeed cache I was not using on the old host. Do you have any advice about what to set up in LScache to make sure Koko is working fine?

    Thanks, have a nice day.
    Philippe

    Hi Philippe,

I’m using Litespeed server with LSCache plugin on WordPress on one of my test sites and Koko is working normally there. But of course there is a lot of configuration options in Litespeed so it could still be related…

If you use a plugin like Advanced Cron Manager, do you see the Koko task scheduled there, and do you see the task being executed?

Did you already try to just go to the Koko settings screen and click save (this will trigger some server compatibility checks and Koko will automatically adjust some settings if needed).

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!

    Hi Lap!

Thanks for the quick reply ??

Yes, I have checked with Advanced Cron Manager, the CRON task is well indicated every minute and it looks working fine as intented.

I did save the Koko settings already, but it does not change anything…

Is there any chance that migrating from another server can disturb Koko? An IP story?

What I am sure about is that the day I did the migration, Koko stopped recording new statistics, so since may the 1st, it is all empty.

The two things that have changed with the migration are the server IP and the use of Litespeed.

    What else could be involved?

Can you share a link to your site so that I can check if Koko is loaded properly?

Litespeed’s JS minification could break things.

    Of course, thanks again Lap.

It’s working on the client side of things, so the issue is with the collection of the buffered data.

Can you email me at support at kokoanalytics.com , just email me a link to this thread. Thanks!
