    Hi, I’ve activated Litespeed and set it up according to your guidelines, but it is not optimizing my images

    At the top I see this message, but I’m not sure what it means

    “You can request a maximum of 0 images at once.

    To make sure our server can communicate with your server without any issues and everything works fine, for the few first requests the number of images allowed in a single request is limited. Current limit is: 1”

    In the media library no images are optimized and there are no webp images in the upload folder.

    How do I initialize the optimization of my images? Do I need a special license?

  • Hi @schoemanesta,

    did you already generated a Domain Key (general settings) and linked the QUIC.cloud server? This is essential for the image optimization.

    please provide the report number , you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”
