    Do you see any file/content in /wp-content/litespeed/localres ?

    Inside wp-content/litespeed/ are these folders:
    ccss
    crawler
    cssjs
    lqip

    So, I guess /localres does not exist.

    If a script calls another script (like Google Tag Manager calling Analytics), does Analytics get cached locally?
    I believe that is why it is not being localised, is this correct?

    Hi,

    You mean script A calls sciprt B , then if script B will be localized/cached ?

    in that case no , only the JS inside of HTML source code can be filtered/altered by LiteSpeed Cache.
