litespeed integration

I am using litespeed webp. photos are loaded immediately to google storage. I tried both methods. It isn’t happening. I tried cdn or ephemeral. photos cannot be rendered as webp. I think this should be solved with litespeed. Other than that, I use elementor. When I make an edit with elementor, the css files do not change immediately. I have to press the run button.
