    2 questions,
    1)there are about 100 tables to optimize in Database Table Engine Converter, is there a bulg way to do it, or must be clicked each one ?
    2) If i decide not to use Litespeed anymore, what it will happens?

    You can do that in PhpMyAdmin

    I mean if i convert them and after change to apache , nginx etc ,
    everything will work be fine?

    Nothing will go wrong. Database optimization is a MySQL related job and has no effect on which webserver is running. That is why you can do optimization also in PhpMyAdmin, but with less optimization.
