    Hi Litespeed team,

I am writing to you to report an issue we are facing with Google Analytics 4 and the Litespeed caching plugin on our website. We are currently in the process of converting our website to Google Analytics 4 and tag manager, and we have noticed that not every event is getting registered by Google.

However, we have found that when we disabled the Litespeed caching plugin, everything worked fine, and when we enabled the plugin again, it worked once more. This has led us to suspect that there may be a chance that the Litespeed caching plugin is blocking Google events from being sent to Google.

We would greatly appreciate any feedback or suggestions you may have on how to resolve this issue.

Thank you for your time and support. We look forward to hearing back from you soon.

now this is weird, I don’t see any possible clue from report

could you please try go to toolbox -> import/export -> reset to default ?

see how it goes on default

if it’s still not working, please check the HTML output on both with and without cache plugin , see if there is any difference

We didn’t change anything in the settings, but I reset the import/export settings to default and nothing changed.
