    Hi,

I recently noticed that the image optimization does not work anymore. Some files appears to do not be replaced. After june 2023, no webp were created. Even if they exist in the files, they are not detected anymore.

I clear all optimisation datas in order to create new webp files with image optimisation request. It started but stop after only one batch of 13 images. If i click again image optimisation request, it says too many requests and nothing changes.

Could you check my case is : GAXEVQVG

you can upload it somewhere like https://pastebin.ubuntu.com/ then use report system to carry over the log link

    log is incorrect

enable debug log with include URI?async_litespeed

    (@pretplaventure)

    Ok,

Do you mean here ? If yes, nothing happens. Usually there is a debug log file.

yes , then do the image request send/pull, once it attempts to pull , you should see log with URI like /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=async_litespeed&nonce=123123123&litespeed_type=image_force

We are talking about the debug.log file which is in the wp-content directory ?

Before the test i deleted it, changes include URL async_litespeed but there is not debug.log anymore.

hm ? that probably means it was never received the notification

try add notify_img into the debug include URI as well.

    (@pretplaventure)

    It is good
    https://pastebin.ubuntu.com/p/RpQQCPYcHF/

It appears there is an 401 error and probably a trouble with REST API.

    What should i do ?

    Thanks

    (@qtwrk)

that means something disabled this REST , you need to re-enable it , this is needed for image optm

    Thread Starter pretplaventure

    (@pretplaventure)

I enabled it with Disable REST API (Allow Full REST API Access) but same trouble.

    Here is logfile : https://pastebin.ubuntu.com/p/5Rfbf4tTWy/

filter for async_litespeed now , once image notify is called, it should launch the async pulling

please make sure you enabled auto pull and wp cron is running properly

    Thread Starter pretplaventure

    (@pretplaventure)

define( ‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, ‘false’ ); is set up so WP-cron is working. I turn on automatic request cron

but nothing changes. No debug log with async_litespeed filter ??

EDIT : it works again, i keep on eye on it

    Hi,

Few weeks after, I still have the same trouble.

It worked during one week, but the last request is date from 04/17 and 50% of optimization is reached. If i looks the last posts, pictures are still deserved by original file in JPEG.

If i send an optimization request, it still says too many requests.
