Thanks! So does it mean it will wipe out the entire content of my site? I must have added revisions to all my posts at one time or another. I don’t want my latest revision to be removed as they are what’s displayed in my posts. Or am I misunderstanding what a ‘revision’ is?

Well the current live version of your posts(no matter if you updated or not) is not that revision. That revision is only the middle versions like wp’s auto saving history. When you edit a post, you can see the revision list button on right under Move to trash button.

So the current version of my posts is NOT one of the revisions and won’t disappear if I press ‘delete all revisions’ in the plugin, is that correct? Sorry to be asking all these questions, I just need to be sure my entire blog doesn’t disappear. Many thanks

No your current versions won’t disappear. Basically it’s safe to do as those revisions are history, just like you empty your trash to clean up history data in windows. Otherwise it will be a disaster:)
