• After exhaustive search, I have been unable to find a plugin/hack that would post to my livejournal account whenever I make a WP post, but only post a short message that says somthing like “I just updated my blog with a post titled the_title.”
Does anyone know how I would do this?
Furthermore, I certanly don’t want it to effect the way that my WP posts look (like how some of the LJ plugins add fields that display on posts that aren’t easily gotten rid of.)
    Thanks.

I don’t know of any other LJ plugins unless they are mentioned here and not on the wiki.

Thank you for your responce podz, but I have seen that plugin and have installed it at one point as well. It is the one that placed extra information in my WP post, that I am trying to avoid. Is there a way to modify the install of that plugin to avoid the problems I mentioned?

I believe that would be considered a violation of LiveJournal’s Terms of Service. They’re pretty quick to crack down on anything they notice that they dislike, so if someone released a plugin that did just what you’re asking for, it would inspire client-blocking over at LiveJournal, and no one wants that.

Hmm, thanks for informing me. I guess that answers that.
