Lists Not Populating in Options or Forms

I’m trying to use the signup form on the registration page. When I’m in the settings for it, only one list (General Interest) appears.

If I manually place the lists in a shortcode on the page like below, the lists appear, but any list selected other than General Interest will not place the subscriber into that list.

So it doesn’t matter if I’m using a Form Builder form or the version on the registration form, I cannot use more than one list.
I’ve logged out and back into the plugin, deactivated and reactivated the plugin and deleted and reinstalled it.
