Lists not displaying with tablets (Ipad)

  • Hi,

    I’m using Ultimate Shortcodes for an intranet site in which I have to include a long directory (1?700 + members).

    I splitted the directory in 26 parts (the alphabet) and used the accordion shortcode. In each item, I inserted a Excel file (all the members whose name starts with A, B, C, etc.).

    As a result: calling the overall page generates an error message (the reader could not work on this page) and it keeps reloading itself. It eventually says “a recurrent problem occurred on this page. Lastly, the items themselves can’t be accessed.

    Can you tell me what could be the problem and help me?
