    We’re seeing the message “Please select at least one list to subscribe to.” when someone tries to submit the form. Additionally the lists aren’t being synced from Constant Contact in the plugin > lists section.

    Normally at this point I’d have you go do a list sync which has had some success with resolving that initial error, however, it sounds like you’re having trouble getting them to sync as well.

    Can you visit the settings admin menu within our plugin’s menu section, and then click the Support tab to check and enable our debugging panel? I’m curious if there’s some sort of error going on.

    Also, just in case, is the user that got connected to Constant Contact the account owner? or someone with a secondary role like SEO manager or similar?
