Lists all taxonomy terms in source: normal?

I’m using Gravity Forms on this page with this addon and there have been some loading problems with this page:

Sometimes it doesn’t load and when I checked the page source, I noticed that it lists all the taxonomy terms in the source. Is this normal?

There is also a footer bar that doesn’t load (Foobar) on this page while it loads on other pages. (See here: https://www.theshirtlist.com/)
