Listings: Pay to post

Hi

I’m using the Woothemes Listings theme. I want to require payment through PayPal in order to post on my site, how should I edit the code?

Also, I’d like to remove the first page which states “You are about to create a listing” so that users can go right to the page where they will have the ability to post.
