No i see only modify or delete.
At the admin backend also

I’m able to duplicate an active job listing in the frontend, like so:

Could you please double-check if the job listing you’d like to duplicate is active?

I only see the “Edit” and “Delete” options for job listings that are no longer active.

Regarding the theme you are using, I suspect that could be the issue.

You can verify if the theme is the culprit by chaging to a free WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty. If you don’t wish to change themes on your production site, you can create a staging site. You can ask your host about this. If they don’t give you a staging site, you could try WP Staging or Duplicator:

I changed my current theme Jobify to Twenty Twenty and even though the Job Dashboard lack design, I can still see the option to duplicate a job listing.

i try some duplicate plugins and found one where work.
Some other i can only duplicate post but no listings.

The wp-admin dashboard does not provide any option to duplicate job listings. Instead, you could use the front end Job Dashboard (https://wpjobmanager.com/document/the-job-dashboard/) instead, as @braehler suggested.

In WP Job Manager, we generally recommend performing most actions on the front end pages and not the backend pages as certain backend edits might break the job listing validation rules.
