Hi. I am using Directorist plugin and WP All import to import listings.

When I go to the https://www.website.com/directory/listing-name page the content will not appear. A blank white container where the content should be appears with nothing in it along with an edit button and that’s it. The only way I can get the content to show is if I go to each listing manually and click “edit” on the listing, then click “update” and refresh the URL for each listing.

The listings are set to “never expire”. They are published. I even set the values for never expire and to be published in the custom fields of WP All Import, I’ve also tried to bulk edit and update 20 listings at a time but nothing seems to work besides editing and updating each listing manually. Thanks for your help.

  • Hi @vbcoke

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Right now, we don’t have an integration with WP All Import, and it’s pretty much compatible. Instead, of using a third-party service I will recommend you to use our existing import & export feature from Settings > Tools > Import Listings. Anyways, there are reasons to use wp all import for additional features and you can wait for the next few updates for compatibility. As a workaround, kindly publish those listings with bulk edits or use our existing importer.

Feel free to let me know for more help.

    Regards,

this is still a problem and using bilk edit like the other use said does not work. therefore using any other importer will not set content and not all of us can or want to use your importer because it doesn’t solve our import needs such as auto blog settings. How about you point us to where to find the post type: at_biz_dir – template so we can do it ourselves? If not I’m going to have to ask for a refund on this as it’s the main reason we chose Directorist pro

    Hi guys,

good news for all of us, i managed to export/import listing and enable the publish status of a listing.

i tryed many different import/export plugins but as all of you, listing was set as publish once imported but didn’t appear on the front and i should edit the listing, click update and then the listing was really set to publish.

Well, it seems that it is because you need all data information to be set and especially those one :

    Date, _directory_type, _listing_status, _publish_date, post_status, Status, Listing Type

I’m using WP Import Export Lite, but i guess WP All import can do that too.

Important, in the option during the import, at Step 4, block others At_biz_dir Options, set the status to publish.

If you want to find by yourself, just export everything (all data) with 2 listing, one really publish and the other one set as publish but not working, and you will see which data are not filled and should be filled to set it as publish.

    Hope it will help you.
