Listing top posters posts count

Hi,
I’ve searched but I didn’t found exactly what i was looking for.. that’s why I ask for our help.
Can someone one tell me how to display the top 10 posters, ordered by number of posts, showing the poster’s name (to be linked please) and near it the posts count? like in the example below.

Ex:
Poster Posts
user5 100
user3 80
user20 70
user50 60

Or maybe if there is someone who knows a pluggin who already does this please post a link to it.
