Listing Specific Category From Blogroll

I want to list specific category in blogroll
I use this tag to list links. I changed the first value to 2 which is related to my link category(Contrubitors) But it alwas shows same links. I need help
get_links('2','<li>','</li>', '',0,'name',0,0,-1,0);
