Listing Site

Hello i want to ask if something is possible with the amelia plugin, Free or Paid.

I have a website that lists services that belong to a different user. For example Seller1 can sell service 1 & service 2 and Seller2 can sell service 1 & service 4. Is it possible for those sellers to be listed as employees and for every sell that they make, the admin keeps a percentage?
