Listing in Turkish

Hi,
I use this plugin with jobify theme.
My jobify support period is expired, then I can’t submit any ticket, unfortunately.
My issue is; It doesn’t show non-english company listing like Turkish which has 6 different letters than english.
How can I tweak it?
As workaround solution, listing according to company_slug instead of company_name may be a solution.

How can I realize it?
