Error: Missing name in name-value list. (21916587)
This error is typically thrown when variations or attribute names have been changed to an active listing. If you make any changes to this variable listing’s variations and try to update or re list it, eBay is going to throw error.
eBay is strict about making any changes to variation characteristics. So if this listing was already listed to eBay and you then made changes to the variable characteristics, this error will be thrown by eBay. You will either need to put the variations back to the way they were, or end the listing and then list it as a new item.
Error: Variation Specifics Mismatch. (21916664)
Removing variations, changing variations, (currently or previously since the listing was originally listed) etc. will cause this problem.
This error is usually caused when you modify the variation specifics from their original name(s). eBay throws these types of errors when variation specifics have been changed and or mismatch what they were before.
The quick fix is to end the listings and relist them. Other than ending and relisting you would need to have had logging enabled on your site.
If you want to end this listing but eBay does not let you because of the error, you can end it on eBay directly, then select this listing on the “Listings” page of WP-Lister and use the “Update status from eBay” bulk action option which should set the listing in WP-Lister to 0 and an “ended” status.
If logging is disabled we can still determine why the issue is occurring and you could send us a log to examine.
But again, if you only want to end this listing, you don’t need to send us a log, and simply follow the steps above to end the listing on eBay then update it to WP-Lister. Then when listing it to eBay in the future, that variation specifics mismatch error should not occur.
