Listing Custom Posts not working

  • I am only getting the default post types (page, post, media) displaying in the dropdown. I am not using a plugin to register the post type. Done in theme functions.php.

    I am using:

    WP 3.1.4
    Gravity Forms 1.5.2.8
    Gravity Forms + Custom Post Types 2.0

    Any Ideas?
