Listing Creation does not allow addition of Connected Employees / Etc.

  • For the last month and a half or so our site has been experiencing a fairly large issue while creating new listings. The right hand side bar allows us to click on specific items ( i.e. Counties > Mason County ) but the “+Add New County” or “+Create Connections” buttons no longer work. This is causing a fairly large issue for us as it slows down the process of creating the listings and as the Connected Employee list always pulls from IMPress Agents instead of showing a list it is impossible to attach our employees to the listing. Is there any solution to this problem?

    We have found in the past that some visual builders can cause problems with buttons as you’ve mentioned. You might try disabling any visual builders to see if that works. Also, be sure all Impress plugins are at the latest version. I did try to reproduce the issue with the latest version of the plugins and was unable to see an issue.

    I have disabled every single plugin on the website minus the IMPress Listing and IMPress Agents plugin and this issue is still happening. The theme being used is AgentPress Pro theme if that has anything to do with it. Would love some feedback on the issue if possible.
