Listing Category Heading and Title

Hello, I am trying to change the theme on my site but on all the ones I like they don’t seem to support the category heading and title – instead on the top of the page and on the meta title it just shows “Listing Category” for all of the category pages which would be huge issue for seo. Is there a snippet of code I could use to force the actual title of the category to show on category listings pages or would you have any advice on how to get around this issue?
